Shoot Rules

• I agree that images being captured are viewed alongside other children from the allocated time - if a private gallery is required, it must be requested on the day of the shoot.

• I agree to adhere to the pool rules as we are guests of the establishment and be responsible for my child at all times.

• I will inform the swimschool of any changes to the above information before the start of the shoot

• I understand that Underwater Art will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whilst on the school premises

• I undertand that the photographic shoot booking cost is non-refundable, regardless of whether my child swims on the day or how good the resulting photographs are (a re-shoot is offered).
